titleOfInvention A kind of EV71 virus nucleic acid plasmid and its construction method and application
abstract The invention discloses an EV71 virus nucleic acid plasmid, wherein the EV71 virus nucleic acid plasmid includes the EV71 virus full-length cDNA sequence and the eukaryotic expression plasmid sequence. The present invention also provides a method for constructing the EV71 viral nucleic acid plasmid, which can package the live virus in tumor cells and induce tumor cell apoptosis. The present invention also provides the use of the EV71 viral nucleic acid plasmid for preparing a solid tumor-inhibiting drug. The EV71 viral nucleic acid plasmid of the present invention can enter into tumor cells to package live virus through a delivery vehicle, trigger the apoptosis of tumor cells, and effectively improve the oncolytic function of the virus.
