abstract | The invention relates to a rice receptor kinase gene OsRLCK21, and a protein coded by the gene OsRLCK21 and application of the gene OsRLCK 21. The nucleotide sequence of the rice receptor kinase gene OsRLCK21 is shown as SEQ ID NO.2, and the protein sequence coded by the gene is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. According to the invention, the function research of the OsRLCK21 gene in rice is knocked out at fixed points by using a CRISPR/Cpf1 technology, and the results show that the disease resistance of the rice with the OsRLCK21 gene knocked out to the blight bacteria IV and GD1358 is obviously improved, the length of the disease spot IV is shortened by 26.4-48.8%, the length of the disease spot C5 is shortened by 43-52.3%, and the insertion or deletion from the 503 th site to the 508 th site of the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.2 can cause rice gene mutation and show the property of improving the resistance level of the blight bacteria. |
