The Pickering emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: alkane-bridged lignin-based polymers: 0.1-5 parts; hydrophobic organic solvent: 80-120 parts of a solvent; water: 100 parts of (A); the alkane bridged lignin-based polymer is obtained by bridged polymerization of lignosulfonate and polyhalogenated alkane or by bridged polymerization of sulfomethylated lignin and polyhalogenated alkane. The preparation method of the Pickering emulsion comprises the following steps: dispersing the alkane-bridged lignin-based polymer in water to obtain lignin-based nanoparticle dispersion, and adding a hydrophobic organic solvent for emulsification. The preparation method adopts the alkane bridged lignin-based polymer as solid particles of the water phase, does not need to carry out alkali dissolution and acid precipitation, does not need to add inorganic oxide or organic cross-linking agent, directly mixes and emulsifies with the oil phase, can prepare stable Pickering emulsion in one step, and is simple and convenient.
