The invention discloses an application of a zwitterionic polymer as a macromolecular pH buffer material. The zwitterionic polymer has buffering capacity for acid and alkali, the buffering capacity and the polymer concentration are in a linear relation, and different buffering performance requirements can be realized through the molecular weight, the concentration and the type of the polymer. Compared with the existing organic small molecular pH buffer reagent and the conventional conjugated pH buffer material, the zwitterionic polymer has excellent cell compatibility as a macromolecular pH buffer material, does not enter cells, does not intervene the normal metabolism of the cells, does not generate hydrogen peroxide in a solution under the natural illumination condition, can be widely applied to the storage and culture of cells/tissues, virus identification, protein storage, bacterial culture, bioactive substance separation and auxiliary materials of a pH sensitive fluorescent reagent/fluorescent probe, and can also be used as a macromolecular material to be integrated with a polyester scaffold material and effectively regulate the degradation behavior of the polyester scaffold material. |
