abstract The invention discloses a high-purity decolorizing and filter-pressing process of sulfadoxine, wherein the decolorizing process of activated carbon comprises the steps of adding activated carbon into a crude sulfadoxine dissolving solution for adsorbing impurities, cooling and feeding the cooled activated carbon into a filter press for filtering, wherein the filter press comprises a filter-pressing cavity body, the bottom of the filter-pressing cavity body is provided with a sulfadoxine filtrate outlet, the upper part of the filter-pressing cavity body is provided with a feed inlet, the feed inlet is provided with a filter-pressing cavity cover plate in a matched mode, the filter-pressing cavity body is connected with an external pressure device through the filter-pressing cavity cover plate and used for injecting pressure into the filter-pressing cavity body, the inner periphery of the filter-pressing cavity body is fixedly provided with a first filter-pressing mechanism and a second filter-pressing mechanism which are distributed at intervals from top to bottom, the first filter-pressing mechanism is close to the feed inlet, the mesh range of the first filter-pressing mechanism is 60-80 meshes, the second filter-pressing mechanism is close to the sulfadoxine filtrate outlet, and the mesh range of the second filter-pressing mechanism is 100-120 meshes; according to the filter pressing device, through the structural design of the filter pressing device, the decolorant and impurities in the decoloring process can be removed in a high content, and the purity of the sulfadoxine finished product is further ensured.
