titleOfInvention Method for measuring rifamycin S by liquid chromatography
abstract The invention relates to a method for quantitatively analyzing rifamycin S which is a synthetic raw material of rifampicin by using liquid chromatography, belonging to the field of chemical analysis. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a standard solution of a rifamycin S standard substance by using a buffer solution; secondly, treating the cyclization reaction solution: adding the crude product into an acetic acid solution, carrying out suction filtration to obtain a solid product containing the rifamycin S, adding acetonitrile for dissolving, carrying out volume metering by using a buffer solution, and then carrying out filtration and impurity removal by using a microporous filter membrane to obtain a liquid chromatography detection sample; thirdly, performing liquid chromatography analysis on the standard solution, and drawing a standard curve; and fourthly, analyzing the sample by using liquid chromatography, and comparing with a standard curve to determine the content of the rifamycin S which is the raw material for synthesizing the rifampicin after the cyclization reaction. The method can accurately determine the content of rifamycin S as a raw material for synthesizing rifampicin and the reaction conversion rate, and fills the defects of the prior art.
