titleOfInvention | Modified perovskite quantum dot material, preparation method thereof, and display device |
abstract | The invention proposes a modified perovskite quantum dot material, a preparation method thereof, and a display device. By adding an excess of surface ligands with hydroxyl groups to the solution of the synthesized perovskite quantum dots, the perovskite quantum dots containing hydroxyl groups are obtained. After high-speed centrifugation, the obtained perovskite quantum dots are re-dispersed into non-polar form a solution in an alkyd solvent. To this solution, add excess ethyl orthosilicate, and after the solution is left open for a long time, the ethyl orthosilicate is hydrolyzed to form a triethoxysilane group, and after centrifugation, a triethoxysilyl group is obtained. Cluster-wrapped modified perovskite quantum dots, which effectively improve the stability of perovskite quantum dots. |
