The invention provides a fluorescent probe material for mercury ion detection and a preparation method thereof, wherein the molecular structural formula of the fluorescent probe material for mercury ion detection is as follows: in the molecular structure of the mercury ion fluorescence detection material, nitrogen and sulfur atoms on the six-membered heterocyclic ring and the five-membered heterocyclic ring can be specifically combined with mercury ions, so that the internal charge transfer process of molecules is changed, fluorescence quenching is further caused, and the detection of the mercury ions is realized. In addition, the fluorescence detection material has chemical stability, and can still keep activity even if the pH value is close to about 3.5, so that mercury ions can be rapidly detected. |
