The method comprises the steps of taking a phenylboronic acid compound and a butynedioic acid ester compound as reaction raw materials, taking silver carbonate as a catalyst, taking a mixed solvent of fluorobenzene and water as a reaction solvent in the presence of potassium persulfate, heating to 60 ℃ for reaction for 0.5 hour, and after the reaction is finished, performing column chromatography separation to obtain the 9, 10-phenanthrene dicarboxylic acid ester compound. The preparation method has the advantages of cheap and easily-obtained raw materials, mild reaction system and simple operation. The parent structural fragment of the 9, 10-phenanthrene dicarboxylic acid ester exists widely in structures of pharmaceutically active molecules and natural products, and the structure can be used as a useful synthetic intermediate and has wide application. |
