abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a photocatalytic composite filter disc with a water quality purification function and the photocatalytic composite filter disc with the water quality purification function, wherein a plurality of separating discs are used for separating a mould into independent units, each unit is filled in a mode that a layer of quartz sand and glass glaze powder mixture is clamped between two layers of melamine and glass glaze powder mixtures, the mould is placed in a vacuum hot pressing furnace, the temperature and the pressure are kept for 120min under the conditions that the temperature is 550 +/-10 ℃, the pressure is 4.5-5 MPa and the vacuum degree is 10-15 Pa, and a plurality of composite filter discs can be obtained after furnace cooling. The prepared composite filter disc has the integrated functions of photocatalytic degradation and filtering adsorption, has excellent water permeability, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance, and is suitable for purifying high-concentration sewage. |
