titleOfInvention A kind of nano-diagnostic agent and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention relates to a nano-diagnostic agent and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps of: mixing and culturing glucose oxidase (GOx) or modified GOx with a sugar-free medium and a water-soluble Fenton reagent to prepare GOx complex solution; adding calcium salt to the GOx complex solution, and reacting to prepare the nanodiagnostic agent. The preparation process of the nano-diagnostic agent provided by the invention is simple and the operation is convenient. In the nano-diagnostic agent prepared by the present invention, both GOx and calcium phosphate exist in the human body and are easily absorbed and degraded by the human body, and the metal ions in the Fenton reagent are all trace elements required by the human body and have good biological properties. Compatibility and biodegradability, the nano-diagnostic agent prepared by the present invention wraps GOx in a calcium phosphate carrier, which avoids the problem of high blood toxicity caused by direct exposure of GOx.
