titleOfInvention Well cementation rubber plug rubber part and reinforcing method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a well cementation rubber plug rubber component and a reinforcing method thereof. The rubber component is characterized in that a wire mesh framework is implanted in a leather cup component of the rubber component, the wire mesh framework extends out of the rubber component at a position where the leather cup is in contact with a metal rod and is connected with the metal rod, the wire mesh framework is of a single-layer two-dimensional circular truncated cone structure or a multi-layer three-dimensional circular truncated cone structure in a grid weaving mode, and the length of the wire mesh framework extending out of the rubber component is not less than half of the height of the leather cup. On one hand, when the rubber part of the rubber plug is formed at high temperature, a wire mesh made of another material is embedded in the rubber part to serve as a framework, so that the tensile strength and the abrasion resistance of the rubber part are improved; on the other hand, the skeleton silk screen embedded in the rubber part is firmly connected with the metal rod piece of the rubber plug, so that the anti-falling strength of the rubber part and the metal rod piece is improved.
