abstract The invention discloses a polysubstituted tetrahydro-gamma-carboline derivative with a plurality of chiral centers, which is synthesized by taking part in allylic carbonate derived from methyleneamine ylide and indole through a novel copper/iridium concerted catalyzed allylation/isopictet-Spengler reaction, and the synthesis method comprises the following steps: in an organic solvent, under the protection of inert gas, taking indole 2-derived allyl carbonate and amino acid-derived imine as raw materials, taking a copper complex and an iridium complex as a co-catalyst, adding diisopropylethylamine or cesium carbonate, reacting at room temperature, performing aftertreatment, and performing column chromatography purification to obtain the target compound. By changing the collocation mode of the chiral ligand used in the reaction, a plurality of stereoisomers of the same compound can be respectively synthesized with high stereoselectivity.
