titleOfInvention | Antibacterial and anticoagulant type coating, functional material with antibacterial and anticoagulant type coating and preparation method of functional material |
abstract | The invention provides an antibacterial anticoagulant coating, which comprises an organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt heparin compound; the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt heparin compound is obtained by reacting heparin sodium with organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt; the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt has a structure shown in a formula (I). The siloxane groups of the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt in the coating can be respectively chemically bonded with heparin sodium molecules and the surface of a hydroxylated base material, and not only the heparin and the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt in the coating are mutually crosslinked to form a three-dimensional network structure, so that the stability of the coating is improved, but also the coating and the coated base body realize crosslinking point-type chemical bond crosslinking, the stability of the coating and the coated base body is greatly improved, the coating is prevented from being dissociated and shed in the processes of intervention, use and retention of a medical catheter, and the anticoagulation and antibacterial effects are more durable. In addition, the coating can be formed only by adopting a heating and curing mode, the process is simpler, the operation is easy, and the feasibility is high. |
