abstract |
The invention discloses an OsERF65 gene which is isolated and cloned from rice DNA fragments and is related to rice stress resistance. The protein encoded by this gene contains the conserved ERF domain of the AP2 transcription factor family and is a member of the ERF subfamily of this gene family. The expression of OsERF65 gene is induced by drought, high salt, ethylene and ABA. Overexpression of OsERF65 significantly enhances the ability of transgenic rice to resist osmotic stress at seedling stage. inversely related. The rice gene of the invention has obvious response to adversity, and can be used in plant stress-resistance breeding to improve the stress-resistance of plants. |
