titleOfInvention Method for preparing cationic polyacrylamide by composite photo-initiation
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing cationic polyacrylamide by composite photo-initiation, which comprises the steps of sequentially adding deionized water, an acrylamide monomer, a cationic monomer and a cosolvent into a reaction device until the deionized water, the acrylamide monomer, the cationic monomer and the cosolvent are completely dissolved, adjusting the pH value of the solution, filling high-purity nitrogen into the reaction device under the condition of keeping out of the sun while adding different photoinitiators, uniformly mixing, sealing and placing on a uniform-speed turntable, sequentially reacting under the conditions of main wavelength 254nm ultraviolet light and main wavelength 365nm ultraviolet light for a period of time, and then curing, washing, refining, drying and grinding the product to obtain a powder product. The method is characterized in that the photoinitiators with different decomposition wavelengths are coupled with the ultraviolet light with corresponding wavelengths, so that the advantages of the ultraviolet light with different wavelengths are fully exerted, the selectivity of the photoinitiators is strong, the polymerization reaction process is easy to control, the generation time period and the generation speed of free radicals can be controlled, and the CPAM with high cationic degree, good solubility and excellent flocculation performance can be prepared.
