titleOfInvention Alkenyl silicon phosphorus-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to the field of material surface modification, and discloses alkenyl silicon phosphine oxide and a preparation method thereof, alkenyl silicon phosphorus-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention adopts hydroxyl phosphine oxide and alkenyl silane coupling agent to prepare alkenyl phosphine oxide, the alkenyl phosphine oxide and vinyl acetate are copolymerized to obtain alkenyl silicon phosphorus-vinyl acetate copolymerization emulsion, the copolymerization emulsion contains rich silicon and phosphorus elements, the silicon and phosphorus are flame-retardant in a synergistic manner, and the obtained copolymerization emulsion can be used as a material surface modifier and has excellent thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance and hydrophobicity. The copolymer emulsion is applied to the surfaces of materials such as paper, fabrics and wood, and can endow the materials with excellent surface performance and flame retardant property. The preparation method of the copolymerization emulsion provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process, low cost, environmental protection, wide application range, easy industrial large-scale popularization, good application prospect and great market competitiveness.
