Antigen-binding molecules that induce immune responses against target antigens |
abstract |
The present inventors found that in an organism administered with an antigen-binding molecule comprising an antigen-binding domain whose antigen-binding activity varies with ion concentration conditions and an FcRn-binding domain having FcRn-binding activity under conditions in the neutral pH range, induction of immune response against this antigen. Furthermore, the present inventors found that in an organism to which an antigen-binding molecule containing an antigen-binding domain whose antigen-binding activity varies depending on ion concentration conditions and an FcRn-binding domain having FcRn-binding activity under conditions in the neutral pH range has been administered , which induces an immune response against the antigen, and also has a damaging effect or a growth inhibitory effect on foreign biological species or cancer cells that express the antigen to which the antigen-binding molecule binds. |
