abstract The invention discloses a sulfite ratio fluorescent probe targeting lipid droplets based on a corresponding mechanism of fluorescence resonance energy transfer, which uses a coumarin fluorophore as an energy donor and a conjugated carbazole derivative as an energy acceptor. It is connected by a piperazine alkyl chain; its chemical structure is shown in formula (I). The probe of the present invention can selectively interact with sulfite HSO 3 ‑ /SO 3 2‑ , and with the increase of sulfite concentration, its fluorescence emission intensity gradually increases at 470 nm and gradually weakens at 627 nm; The ratio (I 460 /I 627 ) has a linear relationship with the sulfite concentration within a certain range. The intracellular ratiometric imaging is achieved, and the ratiometric fluorescent probe has good targeting to lipid droplets, which is expected to play a role in industrial production and clinical medicine, and has broad application prospects.
