abstract | The invention discloses a novel synthesis method of chlorotrifluoromethane. The o-chlorotrifluoromethylene is synthesized by two steps of chlorination and fluorination by taking o-chlorotrifluoromethylene as a raw material and copper chloride or cuprous chloride as a catalyst. Compared with the prior art, the raw materials are heated and dehydrated in the dehydration kettle, the chlorination side reaction is less, the product purity is high, a grading chlorination device is not required to be added, the process flow is simple, and the operation is convenient; the chlorination process of the invention adopts a mode of adding the catalyst in batches, improves the use efficiency of the catalyst, greatly reduces the discharge of byproducts and waste gas generated by chlorination reaction in production, and reduces the discharge of pollutants in the production process. |
