The method comprises the following steps: 1. pouring the shampoo to be filled into the shampoo storage barrel; 2. the two empty bottles stop rotating after moving to the positions below the two liquid distributing pipes; 3. the first clamping and fixing piece and the second clamping and fixing piece clamp and fix two empty bottles at the same time, and meanwhile, the power driving mechanism drives the synchronous liquid injection mechanism to open so as to simultaneously fill shampoo into the two empty bottles; 4. after the filling is finished, the synchronous liquid injection mechanism stops filling, and the two circular station rotating disks drive the two bottles to rotate to the next station; 5. and the other two empty bottles are rotated to the positions below the two liquid distributing pipes, and continuous filling work is realized in a circulating reciprocating mode.
