abstract | The invention relates to a method for detecting bisphenol AF based on sensitization luminol electrochemical luminescence signal, which comprises the steps of adding a series of bisphenol AF with different concentrations into an alkaline phosphate buffer solution containing luminol, detecting the electrochemical luminescence signal intensity of a corresponding system by using an electrochemical luminescence method, wherein the bisphenol AF has obvious sensitization effect on the electrochemical luminescence signal of the luminol in the alkaline phosphate buffer solution, establishing the relation between the concentration of the bisphenol AF solution and the electrochemical luminescence signal intensity, obtaining that the bisphenol AF solution has good linear relation with the increment value of the electrochemical luminescence signal intensity in a certain concentration range, and simply, conveniently and quickly determining the content of the bisphenol AF in an actual water environment sample; the method has the advantages of simple operation, controllability, good reproducibility, high sensitivity and environmental friendliness. |
