titleOfInvention Fermentation device and system for producing caproic acid by utilizing white spirit brewing byproduct yellow water
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of fermentation, and discloses a fermentation device and a system for producing hexanoic acid by using yellow water as a white spirit brewing byproduct, wherein the fermentation device comprises a fermentation tank body with a closed fermentation containing cavity, a feed inlet, a discharge outlet and a stirring device, a rotating shaft of the stirring device is rotatably arranged on the side wall of the fermentation tank body, a carrier for adsorbing microorganisms is arranged on the rotating shaft, a fixed place is provided for the existence of the microorganisms, the rotation of the rotating shaft enables feed liquid to generate axial and radial flow and to be in full contact with the microorganisms, so that raw materials required by the growth, the propagation and the fermentation of the microorganisms are ensured, and the fermentation process is facilitated. According to the invention, the spraying system is arranged below the feed inlet, so that the feed liquid is uniformly sprayed to the fermentation cavity under the action of the spraying system and further contacts with microorganisms attached to the carbon felt in a large area, the raw materials are more effectively utilized by the microorganisms for fermentation, and the yield of the final product is improved.
