The invention adopts konjac glucomannan green to prepare a method for high-stability nano-silver sol, and belongs to the technical field of nano-processing. The preparation method is as follows: in a water phase system, a fully swollen konjac glucomannan solution is mixed with a silver nitrate solution; then ultrasonic treatment, an oil bath or a water bath heater are used to carry out a short-time redox reaction to prepare a small amount of the solution. Konjac glucomannan nano-silver sol; finally, the reaction system is exposed to visible light or ultraviolet radiation, and with the help of the photocatalytic reduction characteristics of the nano-silver sol, all the remaining silver nitrate is reduced to form konjac glucomannan nano-silver sol. The konjac glucomannan nano-silver sol prepared by the invention has no silver ion residue, can be used directly without subsequent treatment, and has high oxidation stability. The preparation method is simple and green, and the generated konjac glucomannan nano-silver sol has high biocompatibility. |
