The invention discloses a black liquor lignin hydrogenolysis catalyst, a preparation method and application thereof. The catalyst comprises an HZSM-5 molecular sieve, titanium dioxide and a noble metal iridium component, wherein the load capacity of iridium on the HZSM-5 is 1wt% -30 wt%, the load capacity of titanium dioxide on the HZSM-5 is 10wt% -50 wt%, and the pore diameter of micropores of the catalyst is 0.55-0.60 nm. The catalyst has the characteristics of high dispersion degree of titanium dioxide and iridium, uniform mesoporous distribution and uniform size, is matched with the size of lignin molecules after hydrogenolysis, and can control the condensation of the hydrogenolysis products of black liquor lignin. The acid position of the catalyst is adaptive to the catalytic activity, and the catalyst is used for synergistically hydrogenizing black liquor lignin into lignin monomers with lower molecular weight, and has the advantages of high conversion rate of the black liquor lignin and good selectivity of products. |
