titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method of rod-like structure graphene quantum dots/cerium oxide composite photocatalyst
abstract The invention provides a rod-shaped structure graphene quantum dot/cerium oxide composite photocatalyst. CeO2 nanoparticles are added into the graphene quantum dot aqueous solution, and after ultrasonic dispersion is uniform, the photocatalyst is transferred to a reactor for hydrothermal reaction; Cooling, centrifuging the product, washing with ultrapure water, and freeze-drying to obtain a rod-shaped structure graphene quantum dot/cerium oxide composite photocatalyst. In the present invention, CeO 2 is used as a photocatalyst and GQDs is used as a photosensitizer, and a rod-shaped composite material coated with GQDs on the surface of CeO 2 is obtained through hydrothermal conditions. During the hydrothermal treatment, the GQDs on the outside of the material played a structural guiding role, which made the composites have an optimized ordered rod-like special morphology; on the other hand, the small-sized GQDs on the CeO surface enhanced the electron-emptiness of the composites under visible light irradiation. The transfer lifetime of the hole improves the photocatalytic ability of the composite photocatalyst, and has application prospects in the field of photocatalytic wastewater treatment.
