abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of silicon-aluminum oxide composite aerogel based on a non-hydrolytic sol-gel technology, which realizes the application of the non-hydrolytic sol-gel technology in the preparation process of oxide composite aerogel. Firstly, adding anhydrous silicon and aluminum precursors with different molar ratios into a reaction bottle, then introducing an oxygen donor reagent and a reaction solvent, uniformly stirring, and carrying out non-hydrolytic sol-gel reaction; and after the system is gelled, carrying out aging, solvent replacement and supercritical drying treatment on the wet gel to obtain the composite aerogel with different component contents. The method has the advantages of simple process, easily controlled kinetics, adjustable reaction components and high heterogeneous polymerization yield, and has wide application prospect. |
