abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a low-temperature plasma modified catalytic fiber filter material, which comprises the following steps of 1) weighing polyurethane as a solute, and preparing a solution by using a dimethylformamide solution as a solvent; 2) adding tetraethyl ammonium bromide powder into the obtained solution to obtain a mixed solution; 3) adding the catalyst precursor into the mixed solution, and stirring to obtain an electrostatic spinning solution; 4) carrying out electrostatic spinning on the electrostatic spinning solution, and collecting the spun yarn to prepare a nanofiber membrane; 5) placing the nanofiber membrane in a low-temperature plasma modification device, introducing argon gas for plasma modification, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a low-temperature plasma modified catalytic fiber membrane; 6) and (3) coating and packaging the catalytic fiber membrane modified by the low-temperature plasma to obtain the catalyst. The invention takes the combination of electrostatic spinning and low-temperature plasma modification process to manufacture the fiber filter material as an innovation point, has wide material source, easy operation of the process, good product processability, and good market competitiveness and popularization value. |
