The invention adjusts the light transmittance through the size, position and blank area ratio of the chip module, and has a wider light transmittance adjustment range; and does not need to add two extra laser equipment and extra laser etching process, so the light transmittance is reduced. At the same time, the equipment cost and factory cost in the production of components are also reduced, and the comprehensive cost of the light-transmitting component is further reduced. |
