abstract The present invention provides a dry tablet reagent for quantitative detection of total cholesterol, comprising an outer shell, wherein a diffusion layer, a reagent layer, a resin layer and a substrate are laminated in sequence, and a sample drop is opened at the center of the upper surface of the outer shell. A hole is added, and a light-transmitting hole is opened at the center of the bottom of the shell. The diffusion layer, the reagent layer and the resin are layered and laminated on the substrate from top to bottom through the coating process. The diffusion layer is mainly composed of cellulose acetate, Barium sulfate, surfactant, magnesium chloride, glycerol, polyethylene glycol, and the reagent layer is mainly composed of cholesterol oxidase, cholesterol esterase, peroxidase, phosphate buffer, polyacrylamide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, gelatin and Enzyme protection agent EDTA composition. The invention solves the problems existing in the prior art that the wet chemical detection reagent is unstable and the error of the test result is large.
