titleOfInvention A gene encoding allergenic protein of Scylla simulans and its application
abstract The present invention provides a coding gene for an allergenic protein of Scylla simulans and its application. The coding gene for the allergenic protein consists of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. The invention also discloses an expression vector and a recombinant strain containing the gene; a method for preparing the allergenic protein and the application of the allergenic protein. According to the coding gene of the Scylla simulans allergenic protein of the present invention, it is cloned into a prokaryotic expression vector, a recombinant expression plasmid is constructed, and then transferred into a host bacterium and induced to express, the allergenic protein rScy p 9 of Scylla simulans can be obtained. The determination of the IgE binding ability of the allergenic protein rScy p 9 of Scylla simulans to the serum of patients with crustacean allergy can provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis of allergic symptoms and the detailed screening of allergens. Disease control and treatment are timely and accurate.
