The bacterial strain has wide antibacterial spectrum and stable effect when being used for preventing and treating the postharvest diseases of fruits and vegetables. The application method of the yeast comprises activating strain, and preparing thallus into 1 × 10 with sterile water 8 cells/mL of bacterial suspension; and (4) immersing the fruits and vegetables in the bacterial suspension for 30s, taking out, air-drying and storing. Is expected to be widely used for preventing and treating postharvest diseases of fruits and vegetables, reduces the loss caused by the postharvest diseases, and has good application prospect. |
