abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of harmless chemical waste, and in particular relates to a process method for the harmless treatment of recyclable polyether filter residues. Add process water to the polyether filter residue, heat and stir to form a polyether filter residue dispersion system; stop stirring, wait for the filter residue dispersion system to settle and stratify, the upper polyether layer is recovered and used, and the lower filter residue and the solution layer are further separated; the lower filter residue and the solution layer are separated. Centrifugal method is used for further separation to obtain solid-liquid two-phase, the solid phase is recovered as refined filter residue, and the liquid phase is reused; the liquid phase is mixed with process water as a solution, mixed with polyether filter residue, and heated and stirred to form a polyether filter residue dispersion system; repeat the above step. By controlling the above-mentioned processes and parameters, the present invention ensures the sustainability of the treatment process of the polyether filter residue, so that the whole process does not produce secondary pollution such as waste water and waste liquid. |
