titleOfInvention | Gene clone of heat shock protein Hsp20, preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a gene clone, a preparation method and application of a heat shock protein Hsp 20. Hsp20 protein gene is extracted and amplified by PCR amplification technology, the target gene amplification product is used for constructing a recombinant protein expression vector and is transformed into host bacteria, and the protein gene of the alchococcus Hsp20 is efficiently expressed. The nucleotide sequence and the amino acid sequence of the Hsp20 protein gene are shown as SEQ ID NO.1 and SEQ ID NO. 2. The invention also provides application of the Hsp20 protein gene under different stress conditions, and the survival capability of host microorganisms under adverse circumstances can be effectively improved. |
