abstract | The invention relates to a device and a method for generating low-temperature plasma active water, which comprises a high-voltage ceramic electrode, a low-voltage porous electrode cylinder and a pinhole silica gel sleeve, wherein a stainless steel water tank is arranged outside the low-voltage porous electrode cylinder; the lower end of the low-voltage porous electrode cylinder is in contact conduction with the bottom surface of the stainless steel water tank, and one side of the upper part of the low-voltage porous electrode cylinder is welded with an air inlet pipe; the outer surface of the low-voltage porous electrode cylinder is sleeved with a pinhole silica gel sleeve, and the pinhole silica gel sleeve is wrapped on the surface of the low-voltage porous electrode cylinder through a stainless steel hoop; the high-voltage ceramic electrode is positioned in the low-voltage porous electrode cylinder, and the high-voltage ceramic electrode and the low-voltage porous electrode cylinder form a single dielectric barrier discharge reactor with a concentric structure; the high-voltage ceramic electrode consists of a high-voltage electrode, a ceramic tube and an insulating plug.
