titleOfInvention A kind of method for improving the adsorption amount of humic acid to metal ions
abstract The invention relates to a method for improving the adsorption amount of humic acid to metal ions. The present invention proposes a kind of compound oxidant through multiple oxidation reactions to oxidize humic acid, and then prepare humic acid with high metal ion adsorption capacity through alkali-soluble acid precipitation. The preparation method mainly includes the following steps: (1). According to oxidant A: oxidant B: the mass ratio of water is used to prepare a composite oxidant solution, a certain mass of humic acid is added to the mixed oxidant solution that is evenly stirred, and an ultrasonic oscillator is used to oscillate and disperse, and the oscillating time is 10-120 minutes; (2). Step (1). (3). In boiling water bath, under stirring condition, dissolving the oxidized humic acid in step (2) in mass percent concentration is 0.1% -10.0% of the alkali solution is completely dissolved, and the stirring time is 30-120 minutes; (4). The solution that has been reacted in the step (3) is taken out and cooled to room temperature, and the mass percentage concentration is 1.0 under stirring conditions. %-10.0% hydrochloric acid solution, humic acid is gradually precipitated, the endpoint pH value is adjusted to 1.0-3.0, after completion, the humic acid is filtered out and vacuum-dried. The invention has good environmental compatibility, and the obtained humic acid contains more functional groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups, and can absorb more metal ions.
