An electrical material volume; wherein each DRA of the plurality of DRAs is physically connected to at least one other DRA of the plurality of DRAs via a relatively thin connecting structure, each of the DRAs compared to the overall outer dimension of one of the plurality of DRAs The connection structures are relatively thin, each connection structure has a cross-sectional overall height that is less than the overall height of the DRA of the corresponding connection and is formed from at least one of at least one volume of non-gaseous dielectric material, each connection structure and at least one non-gaseous dielectric material Associated volumes in the material volume form a single monolithic portion of the connected DRA array. |
