Antigen receptors and their uses |
abstract |
The present invention generally relates to the treatment of diseases by targeting cells that express antigens on the cell surface. In particular, the present invention relates to recombinant antigen receptors and uses thereof. T cells engineered to express such antigen receptors can be used to treat diseases characterized by the expression of one or more antigens that are bound by the antigen receptors. |
