titleOfInvention | A method for whole-process detection of C-reactive protein and corresponding kit |
abstract | The present invention provides a kit for whole-course detection of C-reactive protein based on chemiluminescence immunoassay and a method for whole-course detection of C-reactive protein. The kit contains R1 reagent, M reagent, R2 reagent, pre-excitation solution and excitation solution. The R1 reagent, that is, the sample treatment solution, is a 0.5M citric acid solution (pH 3.0-3.5, adjusted with disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate). The present invention also provides a whole-process detection kit for C-reactive protein, which comprises a flat-bottomed chemiluminescence plate coated with a primary antibody, a sample treatment solution, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatase (AP)-labeled Secondary antibody, chromogenic solution. The present invention also provides a method for using the kit to detect the whole process of C-reactive protein. Both the first antibody and the second antibody are monoclonal antibodies that can specifically react with C-reactive protein. |
