titleOfInvention | Saline-alkali-resistant Pacific bacillus and viable bacteria preparation and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a salt and alkali tolerant Pacific bacillus and a live bacterial preparation and application thereof. A Paenibacillus pacificus (Bacillus pacificus) YJJJK-16 separated from rhizosphere soil of a Chinese cabbage in saline-alkali soil is preserved in China general microbiological culture collection center in 7 months and 26 days in 2019, and the preservation number is CGMCC No. 18300. The fermentation liquor of the strain is added with propyl gallate, biochemical fulvic acid powder and kasong and stirred evenly to obtain the viable bacteria preparation. The Pacific bacillus YJJJK-16 has strong saline-alkali tolerance, high planting rate in saline-alkali soil and strong antagonistic action on pathogenic bacteria of the soft rot of the cabbage, can be used for producing microbial fertilizers, particularly special microbial fertilizers for the cabbage in saline-alkali soil, is used for biological control of the soft rot of the cabbage, reduces the occurrence of diseases and improves the yield and the quality. |
