abstract | The invention discloses a fluorocarbon coating with a low-temperature film forming function and a preparation method thereof. The fluorocarbon coating comprises a main paint and a curing agent, wherein the weight ratio of the main paint to the curing agent is (120-) -150: 1; the flexibility and the ageing resistance of the fluorocarbon coating are improved after montmorillonite is modified in the main paint, and the harm to the environment is reduced on the premise of ensuring the adhesion performance of the fluorocarbon coating because the curing agent is an inorganic gel material. Compared with the prior art, the low-temperature film-forming fluorocarbon coating disclosed by the invention is simple in components, bright in color, low in surface tension, strong in weather resistance and fast in normal-temperature curing, and solves the problem of high-temperature film forming. |
