abstract The invention discloses a polyhydroxy nitrogen and phosphorus synergistic flame retardant, a flame retardant PU hot melt adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The polyhydroxy nitrogen and phosphorus synergistic flame retardant is a compound represented by formula (1). Combustion thermoplastic polyurethane hot-melt adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 5-10 parts of polyhydroxy nitrogen-phosphorus synergistic flame retardant, 25-40 parts of isocyanate, 50-80 parts of polyester polyol, chain extender 2 to 12 parts, catalyst, the mass dosage is 0.005 to 0.05% of the total mass of the above-mentioned raw materials; the polyhydroxy flame retardant of the present invention has relatively high nitrogen and phosphorus content, and has good compatibility and flame retardancy. A small amount of network cross-linked structure is introduced into the linear structure of TPU, and the flame retardant performance of the prepared flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt adhesive can reach UL94V‑0 level. It will have a significant impact on the adhesive properties of hot melt adhesives.
