The invention provides a fullerene-containing whitening and anti-aging composition, comprising the following components by weight: 0.001%-0.01% fullerene, 0.001%-0.05% astaxanthin, 0.1%-5% Retinol, 0.1%-5% acetylchitosamine, 0.5%-10% methyl propylene glycol, 0.3%-10% 1,2-pentanediol, the balance is water; the fullerene is polyhydroxyfullerene.
