abstract |
The present invention discloses a primer pair for detecting drug resistance of M. persicae to imidacloprid. The nucleotide sequence of the upstream primer is shown in SEQ ID NO.1, namely: 5'ATGGCCGCTAAAGATGTA3'; the nucleotide sequence of the downstream primer is as follows: SEQ ID NO. 1, namely: 5'TTACATCATTCCGCCCATACC3'. The invention also discloses a method for detecting the drug resistance of Myzus persicae to imidacloprid by using the primer pair of claim 1. Compared with the traditional detection method, the detection method of the present invention does not need to raise insects in large quantities, saves labor resources, and obtains accurate resistance results, which can reflect the frequency of insect resistant individuals. |
