abstract |
The invention discloses a detection method and application of goat DNAH1 gene insertion/deletion polymorphism. Using the whole genome DNA of the goat to be tested as a template, a partial fragment of the goat DNAH1 gene was amplified by PCR, and then agarose gel electrophoresis was performed to identify the goat DNAH1 gene NC_030829.1:g. The genotype of the locus. The results of correlation analysis showed that the different genotypes of the 27-bp insertion/deletion polymorphism of the DNAH1 gene of the goat had a significant correlation with the lambing number trait of northern Shaanxi white cashmere goat, and there was a DNA marker that could improve the lambing number trait of goat. The method for detecting the insertion/deletion polymorphism of the goat DNAH1 gene provided by the invention can be applied to the molecular marker-assisted selection breeding of the goat to accelerate the establishment of an excellent goat genetic resource group. |
