titleOfInvention Polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor for hydraulic concrete and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor for hydraulic concrete and a preparation method thereof, wherein the polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by mass: polyether monomer: 23 to 31 percent; unsaturated acid: 38 to 42 percent; sulfonic acid functional monomer: 2.0 to 10 percent; chain transfer agent: 0.15 to 0.2 percent; oxidizing agent: 0.25 to 0.31 percent; 0.03-0.04% of reducing agent; pH regulator: 0.5-1.0%; the balance being water. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor provided by the invention can meet the requirement of introducing a large amount of micro bubbles into fresh concrete on the premise of ensuring a certain water reducing rate, so that a compound air entraining agent is not required to be added, the frost resistance and impermeability requirements of hydraulic concrete can be ensured, and the strength of hardened concrete at each age can not be influenced.
