The preparation method of the Janus microspheres uses a polymer dissolved in an organic solvent with a density less than water and a co-surfactant as the oil phase, and the ultrapure water-dissolved surfactant is used as the water phase, and the oil phase and the water phase are mixed and shaken. Prepare emulsion droplets, place the emulsion droplets in a volatilization device, let stand for 1-24 hours at room temperature, absorb the precipitate and collect it in a centrifuge tube, wash the precipitate after standing for 24 hours, remove the supernatant, and add it to the precipitate. After adding ultrapure water, washing and standing for 24 hours, Janus microspheres were prepared.
