In the present invention, sodium polyacrylate and aluminum glycinate are added to the raw materials, so that the final product is in the form of gel, which can be attached to the skin and changes the usual way of applying eye care products in the prior art. At the same time, the present invention enhances the technical effect of the product to dilute dark circles and remove fine lines by adding baobab pulp extract and acetyl hexapeptide.
