abstract | A volume-adjustable micro electrolytic cell is prepared. The upper cover of the cylindrical electrolytic cell and the hollow inner cavity of the lower transparent cell body are formed by electrodes to form the column wall, and the volume of the cell is adjusted by changing the position of the electrodes entering the lower cell body from the upper cell body. The upper part of the lower tank body is provided with a hollow inner cavity with the depth of 5 mm. 5 nicks with the interval of 1mm are sequentially engraved on the side surface of the upper tank body and the position which is 5mm away from the lower surface, the working electrode and the auxiliary electrode are combined into a whole, and a circular mark is engraved on the position which is 5mm away from the surface. The cell volume was 50 microliters when the annular markings on the electrodes coincided with the 5 th indentation in the upper cell body. When the marking line of the electrode coincides with the lower surface of the upper cell body, the depth of the electrode entering the lower cell body is 5mm, and the volume is 0 microliter. The technology provides a practical technology with continuously adjustable tank volume for researching the relation between the change of the tank volume and the electrochemical response sensitivity. And a one-pool multi-style micro-electrolysis cell which saves the quantity of standard products and samples can be provided for the field of food and environmental analysis. |
