titleOfInvention A large Stokes shift deep red fluorescent probe MXSO for viscosity detection and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention provides a large Stokes shift deep red fluorescent probe MXSO for viscosity detection, a preparation method and application thereof. Dissolve 9-methylxanthine, 4-thiamphenicol benzaldehyde and piperidine in ethanol, and react to obtain solid probe MXSO. The probe synthesis operation process is simple and the reaction conditions are mild. The prepared probe has high sensitivity and can remain stable in a wide pH range, causing significant changes in the deep red fluorescence emission spectrum, thereby realizing the specific detection of viscosity. At the same time, cell imaging experiments showed that the probe has good cell membrane permeability, low cytotoxicity and mitochondrial targeting function, and successfully realized the fluorescence imaging detection of viscosity in human cervical cancer (HeLa) cells.
